Tournament Readiness Assessment
Your event date can't move. Find out what threatens it while you can still act.
The Tournament Readiness Assessment is a single comprehensive capture of your course that gives you a readiness score, a ranked list of every risk tied to your event date, and a clear plan for your team and ownership. One capture. Total clarity. $4,000–$7,500.
Why now, not later
Every week between now and your event is a week you could be fixing the right things instead of the obvious ones. The assessment tells you which is which. The earlier you run it, the more you can act on, but even a few weeks out it tells you exactly where to spend your final push.
The risk map
Every risk on the property, located and ranked against one date. Severity and time-to-fix decide the order. Your team stops guessing where the final weeks go.
What you walk away with
- A number you can say out loud. The Readiness Score (0 to 100) gives ownership a single, honest measure of where the course stands today.
- A ranked risk list. A register scored by how bad each problem is and how much time is left to fix it. You fix what matters and ignore what doesn't.
- A board-ready one-pager. The Executive Readiness Dashboard, in plain language, so ownership sees the same picture your superintendent does.
- A working plan. The Action Report locates every issue, ranks it by deadline pressure, and gives your team a recommended action and a labor estimate.
- A live readout. We sit down with your team and ownership and walk it together.
AGAINST THIS DATE
How it works
- Readiness call (20 min). We confirm your event date, course, and what's at stake.
- Capture. We fly the full course in a single visit.
- Assessment delivered within a few business days, with the live readout scheduled.
- You decide. Run with the plan yourself, or roll the assessment into a 30/60/90-day program where we stay with you through event week and after.
Investment
$4,000 to $7,500, one-time, based on course size and complexity. If you continue into a program, the assessment fee is credited. Courses hosting a high-stakes event find this is the least expensive insurance they buy all year.
Common questions
We're only a few weeks out, worth it? Yes. The assessment is built to tell you where to spend your final weeks. The 30-Day Program exists for exactly this.
Is this just drone photos? No. It's a diagnostic. The capture is how we see the course; the score, risk index, and action plan are what you're paying for.
What if the assessment says we're ready? Then you walk into event week with proof instead of anxiety, and a documented baseline for next year.
